STORYBOARDS
Storytelling is one of the most powerful tools in the Service Designer’s toolbox. A great way to create empathy, identify potential gaps in the user journey and test concepts with users. As both Illustrator and Service Designer, I enjoy creating detailed, energetic and emotive storyboards.
